Four teachers of the Primary School of Koloni (teacher of Kashubian language, Biology, Chemistry, Technology and Career Counseling, Geography, Nature, English, Pedagogue and School Principal) wil go to the partner school to observe classes, the organization of school work, methods of management and work with students. It will be a four-day visit. During it, teachers will participate in lessons in the subjects they teach ni order to learn the methods, forms, techniques and tools used in the partner school. The school principal will become familiar with the way work is organized at school, with school management systems, work planning and the functioning ofthe school in various dimensions. The school counselor will become familiar with the tasks of his or her counterpart, with the problems students face at school and with ways to solve them. At the school in Santander, it will be particularly interesting to learn about programs involving cooperation through the exchange of film clips with young people from foreign schools and cooperation with its radio station. Another sphere of observation will be ecological strategies used in the partner school and implemented ecological programs, waste management, water resources, energy and consumables. An important sphere of observation will also be the implementation of vocational pre-orientation at the partner school, the prospects for students’ further education and employment, and the possibilities and needs of the local and national labor market. Observations will last approximately 5-6 hours every day. They will also include conversations with students, teachers, parents and management.
